Virtual GC Services 

• Serve as GC for companies who need a chief counsel less than full-time. 
• Operate as interim GC during transitions between chief counsels or during search for first permanent GC.
• Provide on-call advice to chief and senior executives.
• Work on location for specific projects or time periods.

• Identify, vet, engage, and manage to budget outside counsel.
• Establish and organize new in-house legal departments.
